Introducing : SUBCOLLECTIVE
Posted by ing on 23/08/10 has commented by 0 persons
Based in Indonesia, SUBCOLLECTIVE is an alternative media which is dedicated as a place for talented local artists to feature and to promote their artworks unlimitedly and widely to the art-collectors and art-enthusiasts.
Being rooted from street-art or public-room-art, SUBCOLLECTIVE tries to be an answer for a never-ending debate that does exist in an art-world, whether street/urban-arts that are transformed from walls-aside-the-streets can be classified into a real-art and be displayed in art-galleries. Or else, they have to remain to be only sketch-on-walls.
There is a debate that narrows the community’s movement-room, that makes their arts barely to be recognized by art-enthusiasts and collectors. Thus,SUBCOLLECTIVE comes in presence to bridge these-hidden-rare-talents and presents them to extensive public.

WADEZIG! X Alone At Last

The Artists Series is back! We just got together with ALONE AT LAST, the loudest band from Bandung. The idea is to develop a signature pants for each member of the band, based on their very own preferences. The fabrics, cutting, colors, and every details of the denim — and shortpant for the drummer — are all theirs. They even put their signatures and their faces printed on the products. The only ’signature style’ that they left it to WADEZIG! is, the products are all cool :D
