Provide 48-hour Exchange Policy
We have a 2-day exchange policy, which means you have 2 days or 48 hours after receiving your item to request a exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, you have a proof of unboxing video about the item(s), your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, unwashed, and not ironed, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Incomplete, used, damaged, or sullied returned item(s) will not be accepted.
Depending on the stock availability here at Wadezig!, only exchanges of size alternative is possible (color alternatives and/or product types are not recommended).
*In the case of stock unavailability for desired exchanged item(s), we give you the ability to PRE-ORDER, however with the circumstance of a waiting list or finally, a refund.
How to Exchange Your Stuff:

Kindly wrap your purchased item(s) in the original shipping packaging, or with any other brown paper bag you wish to wrap it with as long as the item(s) are in perfect condition: undamaged, unwashed, and the clothing tag is well-attached.
Please note that exchanges will need to be sent to our address which will be given following your exchange request.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Received Wrong Item(s) or Damages
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if you receive the wrong item(s) (the name/type of the product and wrong size), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The damage of the item(s) that occurs during delivery is not our responsibility.
Certain types of item(s) cannot be exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale item(s) or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to exchange the item(s) you have, and once the exchange is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item(s).
